The housekeeping staff were polite and efficient, ensuring that our room was always tidy and clean. The bathroom equipment was also new and modern, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Spent Christmas at a nice and clean hotel. The food preparations, particularly the buffet breakfast, were delish. Staff was courteous, polite, and welcoming. The key location of the hotel is on the main road, and the valley views from the property were spectacular. Enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The spacious room and variety of amenities provided made it a comfortable stay.
The hotel was hosting a fortune teller inside the premises, which didn't seem like a good fit for the property. The staff guiding guests to the fortune teller was unexpected and not appreciated, as wasn't looking to take part in that sort of activity.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities such as the private facilities and exclusive restaurant. the outdoor swimming pool with its beautiful sun loungers and view of the valley added to the overall ambiance. the lovely garden area was perfect for a peaceful stroll and offered stunning scenery. the location advantages were impressive, being placed ideally between two towns with ample parking space.
I did encounter a minor issue with the service. Although the staff was mostly polite, I did notice a lack of courtesy and soul from some members.
